Any delay or failure by you or us, at any time or times, to require performance of any provision of this Agreement shall in no manner affect your or our right at a later time to enforce such provision. This Agreement and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to this Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and EHC with respect to this Website.
